Return Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Conditions

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • All original packaging materials must be included and in good condition
  • Items must be returned with all original tags, labels, certificates, and documentation
  • Custom-made or personalized items may have different return conditions (see below)
  • Items must not have been assembled, installed, or modified in any way

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in less than perfect condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns initiated by the customer (change of mind, size issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Free Return Shipping: We may offer free return shipping for certain items or during promotional periods. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, item description, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. Receive Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Package Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  5. Ship Item: Ship the item to the address provided with your Return Authorization number clearly visible on the package.
  6. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.

Important: Returns sent without a Return Authorization number may be refused or delayed in processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt:

  • Custom-made or personalized items that have been specifically manufactured to your specifications
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or used
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance (unless defective)
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items that have been modified or altered in any way

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before the item has been shipped. Contact us immediately at chat@tloxorelbloxio.world to cancel.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive the item and then initiate a return following our return process.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, unless the item is defective or we are unable to fulfill the order as specified.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Inspection Period: We will inspect returned items within 5-10 business days of receipt
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the item price, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after we process the return, depending on your payment provider
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply to items returned in less than perfect condition or outside the return period

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value:

  • Exchanges must be requested within the 30-day return period
  • Items must meet the same return conditions as regular returns
  • You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability

To request an exchange, please contact us following the same process as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you
  • We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items
  • Do not use or assemble damaged items, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement
